PM Modi congratulates CBSE class 10, 12 students, motivates those unhappy with results

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday congratulated CBSE class 10 and 12 students on passing the examination. “Congratulations to all my young friends who have successfully passed their Class X and XII CBSE examinations. Wishing them the very best for their future endeavours,” tweeted PM Modi.

At the same time he also boosted the morale of students who are not satisfied with their results. “Those who are unhappy with the outcome, I would like to tell them that one exam does not define who you are,” said the Prime Minister. “Each of you is blessed with numerous talents. Live life to the fullest. Never lose hope, always look ahead. You will do wonders,” he said.

The pass percentage this year went a little above than the previous year from 83.40 to 88.78 for class 12. There is also a negligible increase of 0.36 percent in the class 10 results than the previous year. The overall pass percentage stood at 91.46.

However, as the world is fighting against COVID-19 pandemic, the reaction among students and parents somehow seems to be tepid and no celebrations are seen as previous years.
