All political parties are busy campaigning for the upcoming assembly elections in the capital Delhi. In such a situation, Bihar Chief Minister and JD (U) President Nitish Kumar is also going to campaign for the JD (U) -BJP alliance in Delhi.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will campaign with former BJP President and Union Minister Amit Shah. Nitish Kumar and Amit Shah will hold a joint rally in Burari area of Delhi on February 2. Nitish Kumar and BJP President J.P. Nadda will jointly hold a public meeting at Sangam Vihar.
The strategy of both parties is to get the votes of Bihari voters in Delhi. In such a situation, if Nitish Kumar goes with Amit Shah in the election summer, a big impact can be seen. JD (U) has fielded cancer specialist and former MLA Dr SCL Gupta from Sangam Vihar seat, while Shailendra Kumar is contesting from Baradi.
It is believed that in Nitish campaigning with BJP leaders, the chances of both the parties in Delhi will increase and the alliance will sweeten in Bihar, which will directly affect the Bihar elections. Significantly, on Wednesday, JDU showed its two rebel leaders Prashant Kishore and Pawan Vamar out of the party. Both leaders were angry with the stand on the JD (U) citizenship law and were constantly attacking BJP leaders.
